How long does a website project take? +
Typically 2–6 weeks depending on scope. A simple 5-page site takes about 2 weeks. A full e-commerce platform or web app can take 6–10 weeks. We always share a detailed timeline before starting.
What's included in the video editing service? +
Full edit with cuts, transitions, colour grading, sound design, lower thirds, captions (if needed), and up to 2 revision rounds. Export in all required formats — social, web, broadcast.
Do you work with international clients? +
Absolutely! We work with clients across India, UAE, UK, USA, and beyond. All communication happens over email, WhatsApp, and Zoom. Payment is accepted internationally via bank transfer or Stripe.
How many revisions are included? +
All our packages include 2 revision rounds as standard. Additional revisions are billed at a small hourly rate. We rarely need more than 2 rounds because our briefing process is thorough.
Do you offer ongoing retainer packages? +
Yes! Many clients keep us on a monthly retainer for content, marketing, and website maintenance. Retainers get priority slots and discounted rates. Ask us about our retainer packages.
